East Anglian based emo four-piece SUDS have released new single Hook me out ahead of their sophomore album Tell me about your day again., out on 21st November via Big Scary Monsters. The band have also announced a UK tour with support from Exeter’s alt/indie outfit Soot Sprite, kicking off in February 2026 with stops in Birmingham, Manchester, London, Glasgow, Bristol and Brighton.

Featuring a majestic trumpet section from George Baker (Dog at the Opera, Bag Of Cans), Hook me out soars on an exquisite sense of drama. A marching rhythm with murky sliding bass combined with skittering percussion is bathed in luscious swathes of brass, building in intensity to a momentous cinematic crescendo. “We wanted to write something that felt like a true conclusion to this collection of songs, and knew we wanted brass on this record so this felt like a perfect moment to do so.”, says vocalist Maisie Cater. “The last section of the song is supposed to be this big swell of sound that kind of represents everything we’ve felt and spoke out throughout the record, and George’s trumpet part really was the final puzzle piece in creating that.”
