Cork based alt rockers The Last Vinci‘s return with their second single ‘Begging for some Help‘, which is out now via Narrow Door Records. The track is taken from their forthcoming album ’15 Minutes at a Time’, which is slated for release on 17th April.

“The track reflects the breaking point where turning inward only deepens the anxiety, and you’re compelled to reach for something outside yourself. It’s about losing yourself to anxiety and slowly searching for a way back. The video turns anxiety into something physical, It explores the idea that our demons aren’t separate from us, they’re part of us.” – Alex [guitar and vocals]
