2000Trees with Blanket & Every Hell

As the eagerly anticipated 2000Trees Festival draws near, we took the opportunity to connect with some of the bands gracing this year’s lineup. This renowned festival, held at the picturesque Upcote Farm, is celebrated for its eclectic mix of emerging and established artists, creating an immersive experience for music lovers.

In part three we caught up with Blanket and Every Hell and discussed their festival essentials, what they’re most looking forward to, and their plans for the rest of 2024.

What are you most excited for at 2000 trees?

Blanket: We’re only there on the day we play. So into it. Over it. Gouge away. Our mates in swear blind, split chain and creeper. And getting some sweet foods.

Every Hell: Hanging out with old pals and new and getting fucked up. (Oh and playing!)

What can people expect from your set?

Blanket: Oasis Maine road 1996 vibes, if it’s sunny, even if it’s not.

Every Hell: Four absolute units in prime physical condition effortlessly riffing though songs most people haven’t heard before. Imagine there’s loads of hype and then believe in said hype.

Any bands from your area that people should be checking out?

Blanket: We have a few good bands from Blackpool, Bloodmoon, Jekyll &…. Hmm Jethro Tull?

Every Hell: CLT DRP, Vower, Palmreader, Interlaker Pizzatramp Peach

What are your plans for the rest of the year?

Blanket: Just finishing recording these two albums we’ve written, we’re about half way through rn. And we have a headline UK tour in October!

Every Hell: More singles, and an EP, more shows, more festivals write write write

What are your festival essentials?

Blanket: I’m well OCD me, need, wash bag, wipes, shorts, changes of clothes, water, vits. I’ll die if I forget even one of those.
