Stitches takes you on a journey of looking back on failed relationships and processing present feelings of loneliness and emptiness that can be overwhelming at times.” says vocalist Cat Rowland. “It’s not all doom and gloom though, as it’s also about reflecting on the good times that were had, leaving the listener with the hope that you can grow through the hard times and find love again.”
