Twenty One Children announce long awaited UK Dates

South Africa’s snarling, skate-damaged punk duo Twenty One Children are crossing continents—and blowing up stages. The Johannesburg-based band, made up of longtime friends Thula and Abdula, are set to make their long-awaited UK debut this May with appearances at The Great Escape, Dot to Dot Festival, and a string of guerilla-style shows across the UK.

Drawing inspiration from U.S. skate culture and the unfiltered energy of classic hardcore acts like Dead Kennedys, Twenty One Children channel their Sowetan roots into something visceral, self-aware, and completely their own. Their sound is punchy and political, but with a grin—equal parts riot and roast. Tracks whip by like a cracked board on asphalt: fast, abrasive, and just unhinged enough to keep you leaning in.
