Irish hardcore band WORN OUT are set to bring their raw, unrelenting sound to Nottingham this May with an explosive show at The Mist Rolling Inn, marking a major moment for both the band and the cities underground scene. The show, takes place on Sunday, 4th May, will feature WORN OUT alongside The Grey and Every Face Becomes A Skull. This event will be one of the first to take place at The Mist Rolling Inn, the new venue from Simon, the former sound engineer of The Chameleon, which closed its doors earlier this year.
The Mist Rolling Inn is one of Nottingham’s newest underground DIY music venues, picking up the torch from The Chameleon and continuing its legacy of hosting intense, intimate gigs in a space where the energy between the bands and the crowd is palpable. Gig lovers who feared the loss of such a beloved venue will be thrilled to see that Simon has returned with a new spot that holds the same passion for raw, underground music. The venue’s focus on punk, hardcore, and metal will certainly resonate with long-time locals, while also providing a space for the next generation of music lovers to experience some of the most exciting acts on the scene today.
WORN OUT are no strangers to the hardcore circuit. Hailing from Cork, Ireland, the band have built a reputation for their pummeling riffs, dissonant melodies, and emotionally charged performances that leave a lasting impression. Their latest material sees them continue to explore the brutal intersection of metalcore and hardcore, delivering tracks that are both heavy and atmospheric. Their live shows are notoriously intense, and fans who make it out to The Mist Rolling Inn are in for a treat with this highly anticipated gig.
